By using this website to book service, you agree to comply to be bound by these terms & conditions if you do not agree to these terms & conditions, do not book service with us.
Payment methods
Payment will be made to the Business via cash, check, an approved payment card, zelle or by any other payment method determined by the Business.
Licensing
The Business promises that it holds all licenses necessary to perform the work, that such licenses are valid and effective as of the date any work is performed or services provided, and that all work performed or services provided will be done in compliance with all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
Invoices
Licensed To Klean LLC requires all clients to have a card on file. For clients with recurring services, you must save your card information after the first invoice is sent and paid. If you do not save your card on file, cleaning appointments will not be completed until you have done so.
Licensed To Klean LLC will invoice the Client after completion of each service appointment unless otherwise noted in the payment schedule. The Client agrees to pay the invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Overdue invoices will result in $10 per day late fee. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination of service appointments.
No Refund Policy
As part of our commitment to transparency and clarity, we would like to inform you that all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds.
At Licensed To Klean LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services to our valued clients. Our policy is designed to address any concerns promptly and ensure your satisfaction with our services.
Once services have been rendered, we consider the transaction to be complete. Our team of highly trained professionals will work diligently to meet and exceed your expectations during each cleaning session. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact our customer support team immediately. We do request that you notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We are dedicated to promptly addressing and rectifying any concerns at no additional cost to you within a 24 hour period of service completion.
Please note that our no returns or refunds policy applies to all our services, including but not limited to residential, commercial, and short-term rental cleanings. We appreciate your understanding of our policy, as it allows us to maintain competitive pricing and focus on delivering the highest quality cleaning services.

Limit of Liability
Client agrees that the maximum amount of damages she is entitled to in any claim of or relating to this Agreement or Services provided herein are not to exceed Business’ total cost as set forth in this Agreement.
Services
If Client requests recurring cleaning services, the Business requires an initial deep clean in order to reset property’s cleanliness level. This allows Licensed To Klean LLC to clean to our standards.
Late Fees
If Business does not receive payment from Client within 1 calendar days of any payment date, then Client will be charged a late fee of $10 per each day that Business does not receive payment. For example, Client owes Business $1000 due on April 1 and fails to pay by April 2nd. On April 3rd, Client owes Business $1010. On April 4th, Client owes Business $1020.00. On April 5th, Client owes Business $1030.00, and so on.
Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Business and its employees, agents and independent contractors for any injury, property damage, liability, claim or other cause of action arising out of or related to Services provided herein.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life can sometimes take unexpected turns, and you might need to cancel your appointment.
If you need to cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning, we’re more than happy to reschedule for a day that is more convenient for you.
In case you have to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we do need to charge a modest $50 fee. This is to partially cover the cost of reserving your time slot and to compensate our cleaning professional who’ve set aside time for your service.
And if an unforeseen circumstance causes you to cancel on the day of the cleaning, we’ll need to charge 50% of the estimated booking quote. This is because our cleaners have already allocated their day to serve you and it is challenging for them to fill that time slot at such short notice.
The client shall make the service location accessible to Licensed To Klean LLC Service personnel on the scheduled service day. If the team is locked out of the Client’s home, every effort will be made to establish contact with the Client to arrange for entry into the home, if contact is not made within 30 minutes of the arrival of the cleaning team, the scheduled cleaning will be skipped & you will be charged 50% of the estimated booking quote. This fee is necessary to compensate the employees for unexpected lost revenue & time travel, to avoid the fee provide us with a key or code to gain entry to your property.

Items We Cannot Clean
Mold removal is a specialty, we cannot be liable for any mold-related risks in clients’ homes.
We cannot remove bugs, pests, rodents etc. from your home or treat these situations.
We cannot clean hoarding homes or areas containing any animals & humans' body fluids, blood,
feces, vomit, cat litter boxes, bird cages & urine, or excretions.
Breakage/Damage/Loss Policy
While uncommon, the potential for breakage or damage exists during our cleaning services. Our
cleaners take reasonable care while working in your home, and we are insured for any damage or
breakage caused by our team.
It's important to note that we are not responsible for damage due to normal wear and tear,
improper installation of household items, artwork, collectibles, or undisclosed family heirlooms
during the booking process. These items, including but not limited to:
Artwork, Collectibles, and Family Heirlooms: These valuable and irreplaceable items should be
highlighted by the client before service commences. Please provide instructions on how you
wish fragile items to be handled and cared for.
Any breakage or loss of personal items must be reported within 24 hours. While we strive for
identical replacements, they are not guaranteed.
Keys Release
The client keys are coded and securely stored within a locked cabinet accessible only to
Licensed To Klean LLC managers.
If the client opts to leave a door unlocked, hide a key under a mat, or place it in any unsecured
location for cleaner entry into the home, we cannot be held responsible for any damages or theft
to the client's property.
Upon termination or cancellation of services, Licensed To Klean LLC commits to returning any
client key(s) within 48 hours following the service termination or on the next business day.
Inclement Weather
We will be closed for business when weather conditions prevent Sarasota & Manatee County School Districts from opening.
Non-Solicitation of Licensed To Klean Employees
As a valued customer, we kindly request that you refrain from seeking to employ any of our cleaning staff directly. Our professional cleaners undergo thorough background checks, reference verifications, and rigorous cleaning training. Considerable investments in time, resources, and finances are made for each new employee before they are entrusted to serve our customers' homes.
Rate Increases
The cleaning rates for clients can be adjusted at any point in the year if there are alterations to the established service schedule or changes in the client's home or living circumstances, such as remodeling, relocation, variations in the number of occupants, significant furniture additions, and so forth. Additionally, the customer's rate shall be increased annually, not surpassing 8% of the current rate.
Right To Refuse Service
We retain the right to decline or discontinue service due to safety hazards, uncomfortable or
inappropriate circumstances, presence of weapons, extensive clutter, or inactive utilities on the
premises.
Our employees have the option to leave if they encounter an extremely unsanitary environment
or feel unsafe or threatened. In cases where a cleaning request is deemed unreasonable, our
cleaners may decline service immediately, and a cancellation fee will be applicable.
Additional Policies
To make our cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys, and other
items prior to our visit. If surfaces are 75% cluttered, they will not be cleaned.
In order for the kitchen sink to be cleaned and polished, the sink must be empty. If there are dishes in
the sink that needs to be washed, we charge a flat $15 fee.
If your home is equipped with a security system, please ensure that it is in the off position or call
our office with the code & proper directions for use.
If you request for us to use your vacuums/mops and other cleaning equipment, we will not
assume or accept any liability for damage to the unit(s). Since we are not responsible for the
maintenance of the equipment, we will not be responsible for any repairs to it.
For safety & liability reasons our employees can’t climb higher than a step stool or work outside
of your home. Cleaners cannot move objects that weigh more than 35 pounds, if you would like
to clean behind or under heavy objects, please move prior to cleaning.
Please keep pets in a separate room when cleaning is occurring. If a client has pets, an owner
MUST be present during the service appointment.
We offer an upfront price estimate before we even enter your home, based on what you tell us
about the size of your home and the cleaning service selected. We reserve the right to change
the quoted pricing, including any applicable discounts if the actual size or circumstances of your home are not as described, or if the booking options selected are inappropriate.
