Cleaning Technician

Licensed To Klean is seeking dependable, professional, and detail oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. Cleaning Technicians provide high quality cleaning services for residential homes and vacation rentals throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties.

No professional cleaning experience is required. All team members receive paid, hands on training to learn Licensed To Klean's cleaning standards, procedures, products, equipment, and quality expectations.

What You'll Do

• Perform residential and vacation rental cleaning services
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean assigned surfaces and fixtures
• Make beds and prepare vacation rental properties for guest arrivals
• Complete maintenance cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleaning services
• Follow Licensed To Klean cleaning checklists, procedures, and property specific instructions
• Complete required quality control photos and service documentation
• Properly use, maintain, and care for company cleaning products, supplies, and equipment
• Identify and report damages, maintenance concerns, missing items, or other property issues
• Maintain professional and respectful conduct while working in clients' homes and properties
• Communicate with management regarding assignments, scheduling, delays, or service concerns
• Complete assigned services efficiently while maintaining company quality standards
• Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and standards of conduct

What You'll Need

• Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to travel between client locations throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable smartphone with active service for scheduling, communication, checklists, and documentation
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
• Professional appearance, communication, and conduct
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to receive instruction, feedback, and training
• Ability to work efficiently in a physically active environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Ability to operate vacuums, mops, and other professional cleaning equipment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
